At last, a book for young and old alike.  Science and Christian mysticism meet as twelve-year-old twins cross divides in space, time, generations, through their family DNA , reconnecting with their family's long neglected duties as guardians. Filled with characters I loved and loved to hate, and taking place within the never-ending battle between good and evil, it keeps me wondering who will succeed and who will fail. The stakes are even higher than most people have bothered to comprehend -- higher, even, than the ability to cure all the diseases suffered by mankind.
